Gaining visibility as an author through Media Interaction
My journey as an author began in 2016. But, I owe my success partially to the bloggers, reviewer, and the media attention that my books have received.
Bloggers have been honest in posting their reviews and sharing their feedback about my books. A recent review of Reminiscence by Atreya Sharma of Muse India has left me speechless.
““The poems have a sweet blend of rhythm and blank verse to avoid monotony,” claims the blurb. While one would certainly agree that the poems are sweet, none of them is a blank verse (but only a free verse, as is the current vogue); for a blank verse is one with a metrical structure, mostly iambic pentameter. The poems in the collection don’t have even a semblance of syllabic balance to qualify for the blank verse, but that doesn’t detract from their beauty and purport of the poems. Given the other endowments the poet is gifted with, she can take to metrical poetry as well, if she likes to, for it won’t be that difficult.”
