Happiness – What was the very first thought that came to your mind when you hear this word? It may be laughing faces, children playing in a playground, an evening well spent, with a friend? Perhaps a date with your crush? It could be anything, but have you ever wondered why it’s so easy to visualize happiness, but so challenging to be happy? This article will give you an insight into the science of being happy, and how you are responsible for your happiness.

People Don’t Care

Someone said you something wrong five years ago. Today after five years, you were still thinking about that incident when you met that person, and when you reached your home, you were disturbed by the events. We should keep this fact in our mind that when we hold on to these trivial things in our life. We focus our mind more on sad events than happy events. Most people don’t care about the way you think about them. To be happy, you should also stop doing that, and when you do so, you make yourself happy.

Reacting on Things as opposed to Responding

These are the two most fine-lined different words, which are very important to be happy. When you react to something, you are putting yourself in a vicious trap of repentance, because it is inevitable to regret after reacting to a situation. While when you respond to them, you have calculated the pros and cons of your steps, which of course don’t make you regret your decisions afterward. So, it’s better to sip cold water when you think things are getting out of hands!

How to Handle Emotional Scenes?

When we try to look at everything with glasses of emotionality, we are making ourselves vulnerable to the outer world, which ultimately goes against us. We should induce a habit of having practical and rational viewpoints about the incidents happening with us and about our surroundings. This is a simple step which of course you’ll have to take but will take you to the path of mental peace and happiness. So as you get to know in this article, it’s tough to be happy, all these steps to be taken sound easy, but are a bit difficult to execute. It’s you and your life; you should have this determination to be happy because you are responsible for your happiness.

    Feel real happiness
    when it reflects on the face
    it is a true feeling
    with positive inkling

    where is it created?
    and how is it related?
    the answer lies within
    and the happiness is seen

    the mind has one corner
    and it offers
    resentment or contentment
    with full acknowledgment

    the moment you feel
    it is not at all possible
    to have the things desired
    you simply laugh at and get retired

    we all know about the death
    and take uneasy breathe
    when someone from the family is expired
    but soon we get recovered

    the mind responds
    and the heart correspondence
    with equal sentiments
    happiness has real facet

    what do we invite?
    and ignite
    full rage with internal burn
    it is really called a sad turn
